If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, incorrect, rotten, or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll process your request and resolve the issue within 7 working days (10 days for locations outside Dhaka).

Eligible Reasons for Exchange:

✅ You received a damaged or spoiled item.
✅ You received an expired product.
✅ You received the wrong product instead of your order.

For the above reasons, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items:

⛔ Vacuum-sealed items cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken.
⛔ Products purchased during sales/discount offers cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or rotten.
⛔ Any food item that has been opened from its packaging.
⛔ Products that have been used, partially or fully cooked.
⛔ Items sold as part of a combo or set cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
⛔ Products without original packaging, labels, or in a non-resellable condition.

Customer-Borne Return Shipping Costs:

🚚 If the customer fails to receive the parcel upon delivery.
🚚 If an order is canceled after it has already been dispatched or delivered.

📦 We will confirm your request and provide instructions for the return process.

🔖 Ensure the product is in its original condition with all labels, packaging, and invoice included.

⚠️ Important Note: You must report any return or exchange issue within 24 hours of receiving your package. The product must be sent back within 7 days for processing.
