✱ If your chosen item is available, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) to confirm your order.
✱ If you do not receive a call from us within this time, please assume the item is out of stock.
✱ Vacuum-sealed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the seal is broken—unless the product is received in a damaged condition. Any claims must be made before our delivery personnel leave your premises.
✱ We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store. If you wish to pick up your order, please contact us to find the nearest pickup location.
✱ Orders are shipped via Pathao or Redex with a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. If you prefer another courier service (e.g., Sundarban, SA Paribahan), full payment must be made in advance, as conditional delivery is not available.
✱ Customers ordering from outside Dhaka must pay the delivery charge in advance.
✱ For wholesale orders, the delivery charge will vary based on order quantity, and a 20% advance payment is required.
✱ Delivery typically takes 2-3 days within Dhaka and 3-4 days nationwide. However, delays may occur due to factors like traffic congestion, courier issues, transport strikes, or national emergencies.
